Where Traditions Grow...

Spring bulbs come up quick, bloom and die in relatively short time, but all is not lost when your plant fades to nothing. Follow the easy steps below to enjoy your gift year after year.

1) Do not cut any leaves off your plant. You can cut the dead blooms off but nothing more.

2) Continue to water your plant until it yellows and dies back.

3)Dig a hole in a sunny area of your garden, the depth of the lower dirt portion of your plant.

4)Lift the plant from pot, place in hole and cover with soil.

5)Give it a good drink of water.

Come next spring you will delight in your decision to save your bulb and make it part of your garden.

If you do not have a garden, pass your bulbs along to someone who does. Most anyone gardener would be thrilled to recieve them.
