Delivery

Coleman Florist, Inc. delivery policy

A local delivery fee of $8.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

Orders received by 1:30PM for the following zip codes will receive same-day delivery, 13214,13224,13066,13203,13206, 13104. Orders for all other zip codes must be received by 11:30 AM to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day unless prior arrangements have been made. We will be delivering Valentine's Day February 14th, 2010.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders to the following areas: Europe, Asia, South America, Central America, Africa and Australia. A fee of $19.95 will be added to each order for this service.

If the recipient is not home, the parcel will be left with a neighbor, and the recipient notified. If there is not a neighbor to accept delivery a call tag is left at the home of the recipient and when a response is received we will arrange with the recipient a redelivery. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, resulting in a second delivery attempt, the customer will be billed for the second delivery.

Cemetery Deliveries ($10.95)

Delivery to Cemeteries are made same day,or date selected, weather permitting.

Next Day AM Delivery Service Limited (see description) ($10.95)

Delivery is guaranteed by 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time. Please be advised that this service is only available for orders placed one day in advance of delivery date, and to the following local zip codes,13203,13210,13214,13224,13066. Orders going to schools should always select this delivery as it will guarantee delivery before 2:00 PM

Standard Delivery ($8.95)

Same-day delivery if ordered before 11:00 AM, or delivery between 9AM - 6PM on a future date.

International ($19.95)

For Deliveries outside of the United States

Out of Town Deliveries ($10.95)

Select this deliver charge for all orders being delivered out town.

Pick-Up ($0.00)

Select pick-up if you would like to pick your flowers up. Be sure to specify a time of pick-up in special instructions.

We are closed on the following days of the year: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas
