We do our best to accommodate specific time deliveries but unfortunately not all request can be honored.  Please note any special time delivery request in the special instructions box when placing your order.

Schools are guaranteed by 2:00 PM the same day when placed by 11:00 

Business are guaranteed delivery by 4:00 PM

Funerals will receive the highest delivery priority, you will be notified as quickly as possible if an order can not be fulfilled to the funeral home due to time constraint.

Recipients working hours are: 8:00-4:00

Deliveries to Schools and Cemeteries are subject to a $10.95 charge, the $2.00 charge will be added to orders that do not select the appropriate delivery fee when placing the order.

Absolutely!  We will never share, sell  or rent any information you provide to us in your order process.  We use the information only to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience and at times notify you of special offers.

All deliveries will be made on the date you request unless we notify you of any complications.

Note: We will answer all inquiries in the timeliest fashion possible. Some inquiries cannot be researched and resolved until we can make contact with our delivery service or affiliate florist during their hours of operation. Once we are able to contact the delivering florist and obtain an answer to your inquiry, we will contact you by your choice of either e-mail or telephone. We work with only the highest qualified florists to process your order.

We will honor your request for cancellation when ever possible.  There are times when it is impossible to stop the delivery when it is in process.

In the event it becomes necessary to cancel your order, please do so 24 hours before the delivery date.
